Topic: Mud Flaps Posted: 25 Mar 2014 at 3:57pm |
It would be nice to have a bolt on option for mud flaps. Living in WA we travel a lot in rainy weather. The tires being wider than the side causes dirt to splash up on the rear sides of my pod and so I have to wash it a lot more often. I've looked at some at the auto part stores but most will require some kind of modification so I wouldn't be able to return them if I wasn't happy. Does anyone out there have an easy solution to this problem?

I went to a GM dealer and bought the cheapest mud flaps that they had for a truck, then I cut them to the size I wanted.

I bought a rubber truck mud flap and was able to get both sides cut out of it. Used recessed headed bolts and acorn nuts to hold the in place. Goose

To post pictures, they have to be on a hosted picture site, like Flickr. You get the url on their site and post the url.
