After my first podding weekend, I wanted a better solution for "pantry" items, rather than the plastic tub I either slid under the bed or put in the storage under the dinette seats. I found this closet organizer that I hung on the bathroom door that works so well! It folds flat when not in use, and it provided MORE than enough room for food and other paper/plastic items. It's designed to hang from a closet rod (hooks on the top are half way between the front and back), so you have to actually hang it on a hanger that has a swivel hook, and hang the hanger on the bathroom door. There was plenty of room to stand at the kitchen sink or move back and forth from the bed area (for models with a slide-out). Everything was so easily accessible. It really made a wonderful difference. Podded at Wasatch Mountain State Park this weekend; it was an awesome fall camping trip! Made the mistake of not closing one of the exterior rear storage doors and couldn't understand why I was SO COLD the first night, but the second night was toasty warm when I remedied the problem. Also forgot to bring in the garbage can the second night - which led to feeding half a bologna and cheese sandwich to a VERY large raccoon! I seem to learn a lesson or two each trip out. Sigh.
