Have you ever thought about a folding boat for fishing?  Look at www.portabote.com and see what they have.  Folds flat and you can throw it on your roof rack.  Trust me that they work as I presently have one up for sale on craigslist (this is the second one I'm selling this year - lets just say I find all kinds of items for resale).

Racerx, you cant beat walleye for good eating. Donna and I had fried crappie tonight I caught at the lake. dug up a batch of new red potato this morning and steamed them on the grill with onion, red and yellow peppers, tossed salad and cold beer. let the good times roll.

Just returned from Canada walleye fishing.  Fresh Walleye every night.  Excellent!  Had a big 'ol burger on the drive home though 😜.

Caught tons of walleye...biggest 29”.  So many Northen it was no longer fun.  Biggest 40”.  And tons of Perch.  Lots of fun and great weather.

Donna and I have been making one and two nighters at Hoosier National forest as it is close to home and we both are still working. We can be there in about 40 minutes. Alas one problem, when we take the pod cant take the fishing boat. I have been stalking about and fishing from the bank. I found the Red Ear nests with polarized sun glasses. Found a spring fed pond where there were bedding Blue Gill. fast forward, in the last 3 weeks we have put 71 Red Ear, Blue Gill and Crappie and Bass in the freezer. That's 142 pieces of filet that is skinless and boneless. throw those in some beer and roll in Kentucky Colonels Seasoned flour and put em on the skillet. I can't wait to have a big old fish fry. (does not happen very often)
