They did state in their posting:
"are located in NC about an hour south of Virginia Beach, VA"

I would suggest you give a real location of where you live.  Some locations will be a cause for banding the person.  If you honestly have this R-Pod and it is for sale it helps to know exactly where the seller lives.  The questionable location is shown on the upper left side of your post, under your user name.
