Topic: Sewer pipe relocation Posted: 27 Oct 2011 at 12:19am |
After scrapping the ground a few times and not only deforming the stinky slinky holder but really making it unusable, I decided that it needed a new location. It fits perfectly between the battery and the propane tank on the top side of the frame, just had to make a plate to raise the regulator for the propane 3 inches and a couple of brackets to secure the holder to the frame. While I had everything apart I took and rerouted the electric wires to run along the bottom of the frame rail. I know what you are thinking.....a set of risers would do the same thing. Goose

Nice mod. It will give you a lot more clearance.

I put a spare sewer hose carrier behind the battery box.

Hodge-PODge I wanted in the worst way to put it between the battery and the front wall but it would not fit on ours. Goose

Goose, it's a pretty tight fit. I've only got it tied on with bungee cords, but believe me, it isn't going anywhere!
