For our 2022 rPod 202, we have the pull-out slide on the passenger side of the camper under the refrigerator.   The main tray slides straight out, and then a second tray slides out to the right of the main tray on which the barbecue grill would sit.  The main gas line from the front does have a fitting already included that is propane-ready.   All that's missing is the actual grill and the little plastic tub to be used as a sink.

We would like to purchase a gas barbecue that would fit on that slide-out shelf.   I prefer a grill over a griddle.  I'm just trying to find out what people have tried, and how it works.  Happy with it?  So-so? Never again?
If good, then we'd appreciate any information you could provide, such as the Manufacturer, model, etc and any other suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Since I do not have that model, I can't say. It is likely that nothing larger than a 17" grill would fit. That is what came with the Cherokee Grey Wolf. The model is this one:

The griddle is not cast iron. It is porcelain coated steel. It works okay, but I would be careful with using metal utensils on it. It isn't the greatest grill, but it does work. In actuality, I tend to use the Coleman two-burner stove more as the Greystone lacks a burner to warm things that wouldn't work well on a grill or griddle. The Greystone works pretty well. I don't know if I would purchase one for stand-alone use, but it is okay.
