We notice a "bubble" running on the exterior sidewall, about 3 inches in width, top to bottom. The dealer claims it is not a leak. No softness noted. Any body experience this? Cause?

Regardless of how old the tire is, which is the 4 digit code found on the sidewall, replace the tire. The bubble is indicating a leak that is manifesting itself by the bubble you are seeing. Could have been caused by shifting cords in the sidewall or by old age as well. Is this a "C" or "D" load range tire? |

I need to clarify. I am referring to the body of the camper, not tire, sorry for the confusion.
