Take a look at the construction video so you know what is and isn't in there before you make any repairs. Also, be sure it's dried out before you do anything else. Get a wood moisture meter (about $35 on Amazon) so you know what you have

Been there, done that. Not nearly as bad what you are showing from the outside. Mine manifested itself inside front passenger side locker:
I have since replaced all screws along seams (sides and bottom) with stainless and taped along bottom front edge with eternabond. I figure with that repair I could put an outboard mount instead of the spare tire, put some rod holders on the back and go fishing!! fred

Our 2016 RPOD 171 seems to be splitting at the seams, tried to screw it back in but the screws popped out and I can see some water damage. this is both sides of the seams on the propane side where the rock guard is. It also seems like the top has some type of breakage going on like it ran into something. We bought is used and I never noticed it before. Does anyone have any ideas how to repair?
