+1. 400 lbs is not adequate for an rpod.

The wdh and spring bars need to take a g load of at least twice the hitch load if you hit a rough road or pothole, and don’t forget that the wdh is also redistributing some of the load in the rear of the tow vehicle. 600 lbs is minimum, I have 1000 lb bars on mine and it doesn’t create an overly stiff or bouncy condition on my rig.

I think most here use the Fastway E2 WDH system, though not all. But I would suggest going up to a 6000 - 600 lb hitch setup. 400 might be just a bit light

We've been looking at model 48770 for our 2018 179. Anybody have any recommendations on the best stabilizer, or is this a good choice? Thanks!
