We are new to this so bear with me. I wish there was some sort of owners manual.....but we can figure out how the WiFi works in our 2020 189. Is the “ bat wing” antenna for WiFi or the radio (both of which don’t work). Is there a set up required for either. Idk. Baffled and not tech savvy. Any info would help

2020 units, i'm 99.9 percent sure, should NOT have a batwing antennea. It should have a digital HD antennea, with 2 wires sticking up, like " rabbit ears ". It would be for both the t.v. and radio, atleast mine is. I need to turn on the booster to watch open air t.v. or get good radio reception.

The button and red light beside the antenna coax. In/lit is "on". Look close to the TV. This is all the stuff your dealer should have shown you when you bought it.

I got a walk-through with mine, used. Here is a pic of the booster switch and light for the bedroom TV position in a 189.  There are online manuals, but they've left me wanting. https://forestriverinc.help/#/forestriverrv/guide/2021/2099-independence-trail/browse You may need to visit the nearest R-pod dealer to get help, too.
