Agreed. Whatever COVID-19 statistics you agree or disagree with are not relevant to what will or won't tow your travel trailer, whatever it is. Most of the long-timers here are level headed and safety conscious, so take their advice (or don't). Just understand that the dry weight numbers for pretty much any travel trailer are not real world, and do not match up with what people actually end up pulling.

Dirt, SARS-CoV-2 attacks many vital organs and causes organ failure so those with pre-existing heart or lung conditions, for example, have organ failures that cause death. What is the efficient cause of death in those cases? A heart attack, pulmonary congestion, or the effects of SARS-CoV-2. In some states, the data is being distorted and they are listing the pre-existing condition as the cause, while in others SARS-CoV-2 is listed. As for your car crash example, I don't know where you got it, but you ought to check your sources. They don't sound very reliable.
Selecting a travel trailer that fits the needs and desires of a family is a particularly personal choice, but there are a few basic concepts, apart from working systems, that generally apply. A trailer should have adequate sleeping space for all the occupants. It should have adequate storage space. It should have enough volume so that the occupants can move around without climbing over one another. And, if it is for a family with kids, one needs to anticipate the needed space when the kids get big, which they do really fast.

Its all a big hoax. And the scientists and experts don't know anything. Who need's em? Why bother with all that education? We can just perform neurosurgery and fabricate microprocessors in our basements from now on. And forget the numerical weather prediction models, we can go back to the good 'ole Farmer's Almanac, save money not needing those 8.4 petaflops supercomputers. No normal human can understand that stuff anyway. ![]() Tinkerkaye, I'm sure you'll find something you like. Looks like the Armada has an 8500 lb tow rating so you can comfortably tow any rPod with that, up to including the new 200 series monster rpods. That is of course as long as you don't also try to carry a ton of gold bullion in the Armada at the same time.

Unless the 'facts' are twisted they lose their meaning. Like the guy whose passing was listed as trauma from a car crash but two weeks later listed as a covid death when tests showed it's presence. How many more are there? When a mom says it ain't gonna work I take her word for it. Good luck finding the right pod for you to enjoy the family with. It'll happen!

Facts are facts. Sometimes we don't like them and try to pretend they don't exist, but it doesn't change anything.
Kids get used to changes really quickly. It's we on the upper end of the scale who have a hard time adjusting to new stuff. The kids would probably do fine with bunk beds as they explore new possibilities, but some encouragement may be necessary. If they can both sleep in the dinette bed, and only 4 are going to be in the trailer, it would be a little crowded but it would also work.

Interesting about the kids. I love my bunk beds and I pushing 60. I sleep on the top one. I'ts such a great option for group/family travel I wonder if you couldn't entice the kids by letting the redecorate in the coolest new kid thing.

Lol yeah I know my eldest girl slept on it when she was 16 already that’s probably why not sure but she did do it lol . With my two younger boys now would play in it but when it comes to sleeping time my 8 yr old wouldn’t want to sleep there 🤷🏻♀️.
Thanks for asking about what our towing vehicle is . We will be towing it with a Nissan Armada . |

Interesting reactions from your kids on the bunk beds.
The other consideration of course is what you're planning to tow with. Sadly, we have many folks join us on the forum who have been sold way too big a trailer to safely and comfortably tow with their vehicle. I personally don't mind that the RV salespeople try to sell you what's on their lot but when they knowingly sell them a big trailer when they are towing with a little SUV I think it borders on criminality. In your case it sounds like you are knowledgeable about towing but I just thought I'd mention that because a few times we've seen folks downsizing trailers downsize their tow vehicle too much. Have fun finding what you want and don't settle for what you don't.

Good point . Thank you so much . I’m kinda hesitant with the bunks bec that’s what we currently have (a keystone passport ) and while my eldest who is now 21 used to sleep on it she didn’t really like it she said and my 2 younger boys now just simply loves to have playtime in it but wouldn’t sleep on it . My 8 yr old would rather sleep on the dinette when folded down as a bed so we are really looking to downgrade size wise as the double bunks that we have right now are just wasted space. Really appreciate your input but am now convinced I wouldn’t just simply settle for what’s in the lot .
