Has any one changed the dining area couch to two captain chairs?

Definitely out of the question. The main bench seat of the dinette is on the floor of the slide-out. There is absolutely no way to put captain's chairs in. Some people have put sofa or futon type seating in, but separate chairs just won't work.

The 179 couch is located in the slide out part of the pod.  The seat of the couch is the bottom of the slide. There is no actual floor in the slide out, so any type of chair would not work.
We did replace the foam in our couch and it is much better than the soft foam that came originally.
