I have a 2014  178.  I have it off the ground on stands that are on wood.  When I hook up to shore power  (115 volts) and if I am on my bare knees of bare feet, and when I touch any metal parts I get a low voltage shock.  Just a tingle not a full voltage.  Does anyone have any idea what is the problem.Ouch

The shock you feel indicates a faulty ground on the camper. This can be caused by a fault in the outlet you plug into, the cable between the camper and the outlet, or the wiring in the camper itself. Wherever the problem is it must be identified and fixed. The ground serves a critical safety function to protect against other faults in wiring and appliances in the camper. Until you find and fix the cause of the problem you should provide a solid physical ground to the metal frame of the camper with a #12 AWG or larger wire to a metal water pipe or ground stake or just unplug the camper.

Is the shore power from your house?  This might be where the ground issue starts.  Please check the ground  from your house.  If you ground the trailer with a rod and have a ground issue with the shore power outlet this could create other problems.

Is there an extension cord involved? Is the trailer connected with the 30A power cord to an 30A RV source? Tester is good idea, but better idea is to isolate issue and fix.

If you can't find any wiring faults it could be that you are experiencing a small stray voltage due to current flows in the neutral or in the earth itself. These are often difficult to get rid of especially if its a long run to where the trailer is from your panel board. 

I had this once in my barn and my wife's horse made me aware of it by refusing to drink the water when I plugged in the trough heater for the winter. Horses wear four metal shoes so they are really sensitive to even small electric shocks Disapprove.  I wound up installing a separate ground rod at the barn which fixed the problem. There are restrictions in the electric code now about doing that under some circumstances as this can mess up operation of GFCI's. I'm not up to date on the NEC in that area so can't offer any specific suggestions, but its worthwhile thinking it through and eliminating other possibilities before going that route.

Ok thanks for the information. I will search through the trailer and try to find a loose connection on the ground or I will just put a ground wire from the trailer to the ground Thanks.

Start at the electrical outlet and work your way out. A significant number of these types of faults can be found in broken or loose wires.
