i have a new Rpod 189 and it has a black antenna on it. It has a red light that never goes off and I think it is running my battery down. Any ideas on how to get it off? Thanks

Greetings:
Right next to the light is a small button, push it and it should turn off the antenna amp.  The light will be off.  It draws a tiny amount of current, and should not draw the battery down much faster than a normal discharge. Happy poding.

Also turn that same switch (OFF)if you ever hook up to cable.
