Welcome.
In my opinion, the 171/2s are unsurpassed. They are 'classic' R-pods without any compromises for slideouts or longer lengths. PM me for suggestions for mods, if you want. |

Congratulations!
the 171 is indeed the classic RPod, we were very close to buying one but ended up with the 178... I'll be honest I really like the luxury of the 178 slide out but would have been very happy with the simplicity of the 171! :-) A word of warning, this forum is very addictive but also very informative. Every time when I fix something that is not quite right, my wife and kids smirk and say... " you learned that on the rpod forum didnt you!" It's truly a fantastic tool.

Congratulations and welcome! I grew up not too far from Buffalo. I hope you have many fun adventures and make many great memories with your RPod. We've enjoyed ours and I've done a number of mods to make it uniquely ours.
