Just got it home, ordered without TV/Micro/ roof air.  Great service from FunTime RV in Tualatin OR. too.

I pulled all the TEC screws securing items to the frame and coated them with rust preventative, installed 2 6 Volt AGM batteries in a custom Aluminum lock box with a Xantrex Link Lite monitor, a 12V socket  and hardwired a solar controller after the Zamp input.  I am waiting for a battery cut off Sw. from Blue Seas and will install a shut off SW. for the stereo and other ' phantom loads'.  Just finished vacuuming all the construction debris.  I expected the fit and finish inside to be a joke, and was not disappointed! lol

Anyway it seems well suited to our needs and importing to Canada was easy!

Welcome to this forum Cruiser81.  Now I know for fact there is at least one other pod like mine, even though ours is a 177, completely equipped w/o TV/entertainment system/micro/ and A/C.  Enjoy your travels, be safe.

Thanks.  I asked for no stereo or speakers and to delete the roof antenna as well.  It came with the stereo/ speakers/ roof antenna but at agreed price so no worries.  I am going to make a simple Sunbrella awning to fit the C channel as I didn't want the R Dome thing. I was trying to minimize exterior holes in the unit.

Funny thing about the R-Dome.  The first year I never got it out of the bag, in fact stored it in the garage and was ready to sell it.  Then the next year we met a fellow podder at a campground that couldn't say enough about it.  He even took it down and re-installed it by himself in less than 25 minutes, pretty impressive.  After that I used ours and if we are boondocking for 3 days or more, we use it.  Glad I didn't sell, nice attachment, easy and quick to install.
