A discada is our primary cooking device for camping now. After going through several different grills I find that the disc is the most versatile and packs well.
We currently camp with an 18" disc, but have a 20" and 22" for use at home. I also have a portable 18" TemboTusk Skottle, but it's basically been retired now.

I will stick with cooking over the campfire. I use this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004XAT4OG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Yes... as was posted above, you can either use a hose with an end that fits the 5gallon tank on one end, and the 1 pound bottle connection on the other, continuing to run on high pressure..
OR,
You can convert that assembly, by removing the regulator and and adding the parts to plug into the low pressure feed provided on your Pod.
OR,
You can continue to pay $17 a gallon for propane in 1 pound cylinders.
