Congratulations and welcome!. We enjoy our 179. We hope you make many great memories in your travels with your 178. There really is nothing like going around the USA at ground level instead of flying over it. The journey is an adventure.

Congrats and welcome!  We purchased our 178 in summer 2014 and still love it today.  It has been the perfect size and layout  Thumbs Up

Congratulations!  You will certainly enjoy pulling a TT that has much better visibility because of it being narrower and lighter.  Probably your biggest challenge will be in what to bring and what to leave at home.  Downsizing can be quite a challenge yet when accomplished, reap great rewards.  If the 178 had been available when we purchased our 177 back in 2011, that would have been our pick.

Welcome!  Hope the picking up went well!   I clicked on your thread because the 178 is our plan, so I can't wait to hear about it.

Have been looking at these for 2 years, and finally downsizing from a 30 footer! Can't wait to take this everywhere!
