Team it with a BBQ or a Chili Cookoff, and you might have something. I saw part of it as the church of which we are members does a Chili Cookoff (My wife and I tied for 2nd) in conjunction with the superbowl. That would provide a reason to attend for those of us who are not all that into watching sports.

I have surprised many but really I have never seen a Superbowl.  Not a football fan at all.  Outdoors more than indoors, hence that is why we enjoy camping in our pod.  TV at our house doesn't get used to often except for dvd's, we only get 4 government channels so that is why TV isn't used too often.  Our 3 kids, now all in their 30's have watched a grand total of 2 superbowls between the 3 of them, its a family tradition. LOL
