Had them for XMas dinner, stuffed with wild rice. Scrumptious. Ours were baked and grilled.

Yum! I've stuffed/roasted them before and had instead of turkey for Thanksgiving. Of course, there were only 3 of us so we didn't need a lot of food.

haven't had one in years.  makin cornish hens in the crockpot with a orange/lemon/honey sauce.  7 hours to go!!!  hogone
