Mattress topper?

I bought a foam pad from Walmart (1 1/2 or 2") a few years back.  It helped and made the existing mattress "usable" .  If memory serves, it was under $50.  If you can spare the $$$$, a new mattress would probably be the best solution.

	Is anyone running a mattress topper on their mattress that they like? one that is not overly expensive? Recommendations? I looked at the thread about the memory foam mattress but not sure if I would like that, I toss and turn a lot(damn RLS) and not sure a memory foam would be good for that.. Anyone using a good regular aftermarket inner spring mattress that they would recommend?
