Other options for side-to-side leveling, besides driving onto blocks, are the Anderson leveler and BAL leveler.  I've been using the BAL for several years, and like it a lot.  Google them for more info and pricing.

There is a great manual that Doug and others have put together that covers most things that you could run into

It sounds like you are trying to level the pod side to side by lifting the chassis with a stabilizer jack. Not going to happen. They might break. The stabilizers (they technically aren't jacks even though they look exactly like jacks) are only for making the Pod stable once it's set up level.

1) Use the tow vehicle to pull the Pod forward onto leveling blocks (wood, plastic Camco legos, whatever you got) and get it as close to level side to side that way, even if it takes several tries by adjusting the height under one Pod wheel.

2) Wheel chock, safety block your Pod wheels so it can't roll, disconnect the tow vehicle and pull away.

3) Use the tongue jack to level the Pod front to back. Once that's done, use the stabilizers, make firm contact with the ground and that's it. Pod will be reasonably level and won't jiggle wiggle while moving around inside.

Use the hitch jack to level the pod, then just snug the scissor jack to stabilize it. You can use cut boards or the orange things to put under the tires to help level the pod if needed.

not for leveling...just to stabilize.  level with blocks under the wheel.  scissor jacks can bend the frame
