With no freezing weather to deal with I would say just to make sure all three water tanks are empty and the black water tank well flushed out, you should be good.

we plan on storing our pod in tuscon this winter. do i need to do anything other than removing the batteries and putting them on a trickle charger? does not seem necessary to do the actual winterizing. this might sound odd, but we have a 5th wheel that we leave in sayulita, mexico and do not want to deal with 2 trailers while there.  thanks in advance
