A Big Texas Howdy from the Moore's. Hope you have as much fun as we have in the 8 months since we picked up our R-Pod we have logs 22 nights and 3,200 miles. All of them good. Get used to showing the inside to strangers who then become new friends.

I completed a weekend trip monday to Camp Verde,Az. The weather was windy so we did not use the dome, just an easy-up. It was low 50's at night so we set the heat to 63 and it was quite nice during the day.The place we stay is Zane Grey Rv park with great hosts and owners!

Exactly, I think a lot of us winterize along with our Pods. I read and try to respond most days if I see something interesting pop up but talking camping when I can't camp is hard. That is until that first reservation for the season gets made, and now that it has and we're reserving and planning we couldn't be more excited!! So even though most of us aren't ready to de-winterize our Pods yet, lets de-winterize ourselves and talk some Podding! Welcome John and Kris, and congrats on the 182!

It's not really "work" so, no need to be sorry. Everyone here likes to talk about Podding/camping/travel. Sometimes, during these winter months, the conversations start to slow as many of us are winterized. So, you have helped by introducing a new topic! Actually, you or anyone can start your own poll anytime you want. All are equal here and free to post as they wish. The rest of us like that because it gives us something to read. I'll start a poll, but, perhaps not "model specific". As the Pod has evolved, there have been many different models but, I think they fall into a few "groups"; original non-slides, slide-out models, tent models, "trunk" models and, now, the toy hauler model. Let's see what happens! I put the poll in the "Dealer reviews" topic, as not to bump any recent posts. We can move it later, if desired.

Yes, we found you really have to keep it tidy because you never know when you are going to be giving tours!
