Could be condensation as well. If it were a leak, I would expect to see more damage than that. It doesn't hurt to check and make sure though. Anyway, if you decide to purchase it, you might want to get it checked out by someone who can say for sure if it is evidence of a leak or something less drastic.

I'm looking to buy a 2019 Rpod 179. It need a good clean, but it seems to be a very good shape. But it needs a new caulking job as the actual one is cracking. The owner says it never had problem with it, but a part of the inside roof edge makes me worry that there is/was water leak. It starts from the middle of the camper throught countertop at the back of the trailer. So there are stains, but everything seems solid and we don't smell anything bad.
