If it had been winterized, perhaps the winterizing valve/valves is/are in the wrong position. When you purchased it, the dealer should have showed you the location for the valve/valves. However, it is also possible that something was connected wrong or the pump or strainer connections may simply not have been properly tightened. Unfortunately, without being able to see it, I can't really say. Check all connections to make sure they are tight and that the winterizing valve and the water heater bypass valve/valves is/are set correctly. Please let us know what you find and if you fixed it.

We just filled our r-pod 195 water tank. We turned on the pump and have no water.
Some water is leaking out Uber the sink area. This is a new unit that had been winterized. Are we missing something we need to do to get this working? |
