This is something that you may need to take a high pressure hose down from the toilet to dislodge. One thing that will help, but make it unusable for a couple of days is to take and use a good biological agent. Look at TankTech's web site. There are some videos there that may help you.

Greetings, fellow R-Podders! Please help if you can. We moved to Montana on the promise the cabin we rented would be available on our arrival. Unfortunately we have now been in our R-Pod for a month in below freezing temperatures and of course, you know it’s a 3 season RV. We’ve had frozen pipes, and we believe that has affected our toilet. There is a pyramid plug we cannot dissolve. We have used chemicals, snakes, hot water, salt...all to no avail. We’ve cleaned our grey & black tanks out but nothing budges this sludge. Please, anyone ~ ideas are very welcome. Happy RVing all! Avoid the snow...😏
