R.Pod Cover

The company that makes it the vinyl building is shelter logic.  The type is the round top and it is the one that is 12 ft wide, however, the one from Menards is slightly different than the one shown on this web site in that the front door is zippered on the sides and the center.  It zips up to within a couple inches of the top.  It is a little over 10 ft high.  My pod does not have the risers so with good guidance from my wife while I back in and very slowly it can be done.  Shelter logic also makes a vent kit for it for around 40 dollars.  It is 2 1 ft square vents for each end.  You can actually only use one because you cannot vent the zippered door.  I am going to use several smaller round vents for that.  To see the vent google shelterlogic vent kit. 

I kept my r-pod out all winter on my driveway uncovered.  Pa had a bunch of really bad storms for us and it did fine.  I did have the batch of bad decals that cracked all up as soon as it got cold but Forest River was aware of the problem and replaced them under warranty right before it expired.  I hope to use my camper all winter dry camping in some of the parks that are open year round.
