Check your GFI plugs. It requires those to be reset for the fridge to work on 120 volts. Just press the test and reset buttons a few times and try the fridge again

We are new to the R-Pod community and are working on a 2015 Model 178.  The 3 way Dometic Fridge MEI model RM8501.  The Electronic control panel turns on and only the 12V light illuminates along with the temperature indicator.  It will not switch to 120 or propane when you push the buttons (the buttons will not illuminate).  I have removed the electronic control module from the back but it is a sealed unit (epoxy filled from the back) with not way to open and no fuses obvious.

I have tried to reset using the warning button and tried to reset by holding the temperature button and powering on etc to no avail.  Am I missing the fuses?  Does the control panel over the door need replacing ($300 plus part) or the control panel on the back?  I have checked the breaker also and power to the back of the fridge (both DC and AC power arrive to the buss bar in the back).

The unit runs on 12V.  Anybody had any similar problems?
