I just drilled new mounting holes in the existing plate. Made it as low as it could go, and so the tv is just touching the wall when in travel mode for a bit more stability. With it sitting lower, the need for a tilt feature is reduced.

I took a couple of flat metal bars and created another articulation point in the factory mount.

http://Gl9Vlkyc http://csISKpW What I did was to make a plate to screw into the original holes then screw the original arm into it. The plate is the same size as the original on the arm just twice as long. |
