I also bought 2 of these to charge our smart phones and use by the bed. Lack of USB ports lead me to this.
I bought these to run it by. Aliexpress is a great site to buy from and Litokala is highly recommended as the source to buy from. I bought two 10packs. I did have to modify a bit on the charging box for these batteries are a tad longer. Still haven't tested re-charge in the truck. It takes a fair amount of time due to the capacity of the batteries. |

Admin: Please delete my earlier post. Subject was wrong.. Hit's all the requirements with even more. Car charge, direct battery charge, direct Solar charging and has the power to charge the laptop! Charge from your vehicle, charge from your battery, heck, charge direct from the solar panel! Add this to it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MR1HS2V/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and you have control on those 5v items. In testing right now. So far I really like!
