 Looks just like the cover I have on my new service entrance at home.  The cover from Cutler Hammer is on back order.

Did the same thing last year, you are supposed to turn the screws after putting on the vent Ouch. Bought the part from Direct-RV. Got it in a few days.

I put a small 2” piece of HVAC aluminum foil duct tape on the top and bottom of each vent panels as a backup. It's peels off if you need to access the back of the refrigerator and leaves no sticky residue like normal duct tape because it uses acrylic adhesive.
