Let's just say, maybe hypothetically, I put a hole through the inside of the camper and it came out the other side. How do you patch the outside of an rpod? Bondo?

It wasn't hypothetical for me. I used a bit of silicone and a plastic plug that was about the same color to plug the hole. It lasted until the side was replaced at the factory with a new one after it had to go there for repairs after an accident. It was a reminder to double-check and make sure I do not use anchors that are too long.

It depends on where the hole is located. I have a nice hole in our pod's front metal rock guard. I had leaned one of the wdh bars against the a frame. when I lowered the tongue jack the bar punched a perfect square hole in the front. the metal rock guard is black. I cut a metal square approximately 3"x3", painted it black and screwed it over the hole after a liberal application of silicone. It looks like an access panel or cover that was meant to be there originally. No one but me(and my wife) ever knows. Vann
